GENERAL ART REQUIREMENTS

Corporate Identity is requesting vector artwork be supplied for most orders*. 
Adobe Illustrator (version CS-2 or lower) is the preferred program in which
we can accept AI, EPS, and PDF vector files (not bitmapped files). 
Listed below are several steps to help speed up the process of placing an order. 
Our primary graphic platform is a PC.  Corporate Identity’s e-mail address
for artwork is artwork@corpid.com.
  • Make sure ALL text is converted to curves (this is also known as “create outlines”).
  • If a linked file is part of the artwork, do not forget to send the linked image.
  • If compressing art files (.sit or .zip) please let us know how many files have been compressed.
  • It is recommended that artwork be sized to fit inside the imprint area.
  • Please fax a hard copy of the e-mailed artwork to Corporate Identity. 
    Our fax number is 847-304-8558.  Also, please indicate PMS color(s), if applicable.

Exceptions may apply (such exceptions may include: four color process print, embroidery,
digital transfers, etc.).  If we request a scanned image, the image must be of a higher resolution.
The minimum number of Dots Per Inch (also known as DPI) will vary depending on our
manufacturer.  If vector artwork cannot be provided, or you have any questions,
