California Proposition 65 Safety Statement
Corporate Identity works hard to comply with California Proposition 65 as well as other safety measures and environmental procedures, and is honored to partner with companies determined to lessen the impact of chemicals in our community.
Products that are shipped to California are also subject to Proposition 65, otherwise known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Proposition 65 requires consumer product warnings for products shipped to California that contain chemicals known to the state of California to include carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are present below established Safe Harbor Levels or are shown to be present in unharmful concentrations. Safe Harbor Level limits have not been fully established by Proposition 65 for all materials used in our products, however we may be able to offer, upon request, certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products. In addition, customers may request that prior to shipment the following Proposition 65 warning be applied to their products:
WARNING: This Product may contain chemicals known to the state of
California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
This warning label will ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements. Labeling may incur an additional charge.
