RCinnamon Rolls (24-Dinner Rolls) oad S'mores

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup packaged brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter
1-3.5 oz. butterscotch pudding
(Not Instant)

Grease 9" X 13" pan-sprinkle nuts on
bottom. Put frozen dinner rolls over
nuts. Mix brown sugar, cinamon, and
pudding (dry) together. Sprinkle mix
over the rolls. Drizzle melted butter
over that. Cover with towel, and let
stand on the counter overnight. In the
morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
brown. Enjoy!


Chocolate Chip Cookies (30-4")


3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoon table salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pound (4 sticks) butter, room temp
3 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In the bowl of the electric mixer filled with the paddle attachment; beat the butter on medium speed until smooth. Add the sugars, and beat until combined and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well blended.

Add flour mixture, and beat on low speed until combined. Add the chocolate chips and beat well until combined.

Drop 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter at a time onto the baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake until golden brown, abut 8 minutes, rotating halfway through. Remove the cookies and the parchment paper from the baking sheets, and let cool on a rack.
